Every now and again we experience something amazing, but then again hotels in Cape Town can either be great or a disaster of a holiday. This is for all service and hospitality members in South Africa, Hotels should always keep a respectful and friendly tone to customers, unlike De Waterkant Cottages in Cape Town we can not say that our experiance was in any way standard or fair. The man at reception was too busy to take our call, he "Had to run" and only conduct business through email which really felt like we were being shrugged off. It is quite disappointing to see just how spoilt De Waterkant Cottages and its administration must be to allow such deterioration in business and culture.
